 Ensures project plans are feasible, realistic and profitable
 Ensures efficient performance of every member of the team
 Establishes, develops and maintains processes for the delivery of projects
 Actively participates in business growth activities by the formulation of suitable project plans

Communication and Leadership
 Ensures that project managers represent a good image of iConcept Global Advertising Inc. including but not limited to client interactions
 Addresses concerns of the team in a timely and professional manner
 Motivates the team to treat their projects as their own and make them strive for optimum results
 Keeps team members well informed of any changes and/ or lessons learned
 Commends team members publicly for satisfactory performance; rebukes them privately for unbecoming behavior
 Ensure high level communication and effective working relationships between the project management team and other departments within iConcept Global
 Prepares agenda for meetings with members of the team and other concerned departments

Client Management
 Provides coaching to the team in making the clients happy and satisfied
 Implements measures to attain client satisfaction and client retention
 Provides the team with suggestions especially when a member is facing irate clients
 Acts as the point of contact for clients in situations where a high level perspective is required on the strategic direction for a client or in situations of issues being escalated by team members
 Ensures a customer focused, service-oriented attitude while ensuring the company’s welfare

Technical Coordination
 Conducts technical coordination and validation of deliverables
 Raises the bar with respect to technical competencies
 Maintains awareness of existing and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements

 Monitors / follow ups all materials for all buyers (Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange and American Leaving.
 Encodes information from files regarding materials needed in production
 Controlling of materials
 Coordinates with Purchasers and Merchandisers
 Making sure that the materials for production are correct
 Coordinates and gives instructions to Warehouse staffs
 Checking of inventory of materials
 Actively coordinates to production supervisors and to all concern departments
 Directly reports to Production Coordinator’s Head and Technical Director
