Staff matters: leave and sick leave application approvals and tracking, getting and collating of staff bonuses and annual increase motivations from directors, Department performance management drive and follow-ups
Arranging VP's weekly driver schedule
Setting up of meetings (Oracle): adjusting meeting schedule where the meetings clash to suit all concerned parties, setting up performance assessment folliw-up meetings with the 5 directors and managers assigned to the VP, setting up of the monthly C&I meetings (alternating between Al Ain, Abu Dhabi & Dubai), arranging venues, sending out Agendas, taking and sending out of Minutes, folliw-up matters to be actioned arising from the Meetings
Updating Client Information List on a regular basis
Training of new employees (induction to Company policies and procedures)
Monthly claims and follow-ups on Oracle
Timesheet approvals
PowerPoint presentations as directed by VP and required for the Monthly and Quarterly Executive Meetings
Travel arrangements (local & international), hotel bookings
Research on potential clients
Tracking on internet of tenders and giving the information to the VP for possible action
Head Fire Warden in charge of my floor
Medical Aid Officer on my floor
All other tasks as requested by the VP
