• Answering all incoming calls, noting down Clients inquiries and forwarding the calls to the respective department.
• Constantly checking the company’s mails and replying to all customers and other companies inquiries.
• Expect in using Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Registering our company with all Known Developer such as AZIZI, DEMAC, Wasl, SOBHA, NSHMI, Nakheel, Ellington, OBG, HEART OF EUROPE to name a few.
• Writing work orders for Maintenance department based on information from tenants, Technicians or based on information gathered from site visits
• Preparing receipt voucher and keeping all Company’s documents.
• Registering all properties on Trakheeshi to obtain RERA permit number
• Drafting Memos and/or making phone calls to Tenants related to lease issues and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Editing and producing lease/ Sales documents as necessary ( MOU, Form I, Form A, Form B, Form F, Tenancy contract )
• Producing Viewing Forms and remaining Property consultant of upcoming exhibition with registered Developers.
• Advertising and web site update related to available units, and reporting of all such related costs to the sales Manager.
• Have excellent Knowledge on the most use Property CRM PropSpace /MYCRM that is adding new properties, updating Properties, adding leads, Adding contacts and monitoring the properties on all life Portals.
• And expert on refreshing properties on Dubizzle, ensuring high quality properties on Property Finder, Bayut, just Properties to name a few.
• Performance of credit and reference checks for all new applications and presentation of data to the Sales Manager for approval.
