Oversees and administers the warehouse. Ensures cleanliness of work areas.
Receives, stores, and issues supplies and equipment; keeps and compiles records of items that enter or leave the stockroom; inspects for quality and damaged goods.
Maintains inventory for accuracy; uses inventory management software like SAP and 7i. Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stocks if needed.
Uses equipment necessary for handling and shifting such, forklift, jack lift and hydraulic platform.
I was an ordinary Customer Service Associate on my first year which I handled several brands like Reebok, Adidas, Nike, Speedo, Umbro, Osim, Teva, Everlast, Rockport, etc.
Later on I was entrusted to become one of the store Cashiers.
After two years, I became the Inventory Controller which makes me the head-incharge on both incoming and outgoing deliveries, through physical stock transfer and systemwise adjustments, including all the documentations.
Partime assist the technician while he performs troubleshooting on network connections of a building.
Performs daily wirebond machine set-up and conducts hourly performace monitoring of each machines, repairs defective parts of the machine, maintains a functional and productive machine through daily dummy item test.
