Perform enrollment, renewal and endorsement procedures for walk-in customers and may also perform cashiering functions as required.
Main Duties:
- Provide and advise clients with a complete health insurance solution that fits their needs through explanation of insurance plans' benefits.
- Analyze and understand clients' needs and requirements to reach the highest level of quality.
- Build positive and long term relationships with clients by maintaining trust to ensure customer loyalty.
- Enter and maintain customer records in the system in accordance to set guidelines.
- ensure integrity and data completion of all types of application forms.
- Maintain records of complaints, missing documents, clients received and sales.
- Provide sales reports for management reviews, comments and suggestions.
- Day-to-day management of customer account inquiries, quotation and queries.
- Secure, retain and develop new business to achieve sales targets as part of the branch's sales team.
- Increase and maintain the turnover of existing customer accounts.
- Implement and follow the sales specified policies and procedures of the branch.
- Attend continuing training programs related to products, systems, policies and procedure. Attend and effectively participate in internal branch sales meetings. Support process improvements.
- Perform cashiering function, collection of payments from customers, deposit collections to the bank and submit collection report to finance department
- Responsible for printing cards and taking acknowledgement from clients after delivery of cards.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch achievement
- Increase client base and maintain existing accounts.
- Accomplished and served a Cargo/Passenger Vessel as Deck Cadet with perfect safety record.
- Assigned as Clearing Officer, responsible for vessels' clearance before departure and arrival.
- Regular follow up and negotiate payment arrangements with clients.
- Provides payment options to client with delinquent account.
- Analyzes and compute payment schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly payment collection reports, letters, notice and monthly statement of account for the clients and those with delinquent accounts and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector’s action.
- Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of services.
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer queries about the process.
- Handle clients’ complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate in accordance with policy of the company.
- Assists the marketing manager in the preparation and conducting of assessment, training and seminar for real estate agents.
- In-charge of site preparation for open house.
- Assist prospective clients during open house.
- Conducts weekly site visits together with clients for viewing of model units, site facilities and amenities.
