Generating and assigning daily production activities, supervising crews, forming and submitting Daily Reports.
Calculating seasonal production cap, maintaining base/raw material delivery schedule and updating demand on weekly basis.
Requesting special pre-manufacturing product-inspection to ensure company standards, performing company- in-house inspections on production processes.
Production controlling and monitoring using SCADA control system.
Maintaining production database inputs/outputs using LEAN/SAP MM software on daily basis.
Preparing monthly performance reports/charts and conducting weekly progress/performance meetings.
Supervise Installation of a new POLYESTER reactor, testing, and Commissioning startup.
Supervise of semi-auto refrigerators production lines.
Monitoring and providing raw materials for the assembly line process.
In process quality inspector, and In-charge of all process stages.
Monitoring shortage and avoid wastes in production line.
Implementing the 5-S methodology on all production line.
Analyzing production reports and comparing workload with the company anticipated production plan.
