@ Jazeera Air ways Integrated Facility contract operation
& maintenance of its facilities are more than essential services among its business
responsibilities and activities. These services are a contributing force in the
continuing well-being and progress of Jazeera Airways in line with all regulatory
requirements and Kuwait vision (New Kuwait 2035). Successful facility
management is expected to offer quality and courteous maintenance, grounds and
cleaning services provided by well-trained and experienced personnel, enhancing
positive public relations while utilizing economically sound, best operating
practices. All programs should support an awareness of the priorities of recycling
and waste reduction, as well as energy and natural resource conservation. Jazeera
Airways intends to award the bid to the contractor that is most responsive to its needs
and offers the best operational program with a realistic and applicable vision with a
commitment to regular performance evaluation. Contractors are encouraged to
demonstrate how their expertise and resources will contribute to the long-range
1- Initiating & Planning the project (the Scope, time schedule,
cost, quality, procurements, risk) & mobilization of the project.
2- Monitor and control the expenses the budget for the project.
3 - Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. 4- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve
issues.
5- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to
ensure functionality.
6- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
7- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff - Monitor
procurements and place orders if necessary.
8- Manage & control the contracts of the subcontractors and
service providers.
9- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities as per the PPM.
10 -Ensure health and safety policies are complied with the company rules.
11- Strictly Applying the company strategies & ensure to align the policies.
Project Manager, Senior Engineer (MEP Maintenance & Inst.): Determine and define project (plan, scope, objectives, predict resources) needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner - developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements - track, develop manage, control the project costs to meet budget - provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy - Adjustments, progress, utilize industry best practices - techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution - monitor progress and make adjustments as required, measure project performance to identify areas for improvement - Present the technical support to project team - HVAC troubleshooting & diagnoses (Chillers, steam calorifiers, boilers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, BMS, All related control, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting) Installations @ Ministry of Social Affairs, Public Authority of the Disabled, Ministry Of Justice & Kuwait Municipality.
Performing regular
maintenance on all broadcast equipment (RADIO STATION, TV Stations, Satellite
Stations & Microwave links) as well as preventative maintenance ‐ Extremely
knowledgeable regarding all broadcast technology in order to effectively care for
equipment and ensure that it does not fail ‐ Often working within time, sensitive
environments or for live broadcasts ‐ Able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose
the problem & completing repairs to the equipment until it is functioning well
again ‐ Performing extensive transmission testing ‐ Solving any problems that arise
once a broadcast has begun ‐ Communicate with third parties (Manufacturers &
Vendors) of the equipment in order to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Updated with changing technologies ‐ Working on strict deadlines@(Maquaa &
Julaiaa).

Revise & modify electrical drawings prepare the As Built,
Support the teamwork technically & on-site guidance ‐ Successfully directing, supervising and overseeing
team members’ activities of installations including (medium voltage, low voltage & instruments systems
‐ Ethernet and fiber‐optic lines) ‐ Revising specifications of the materials & equipment as per the
blueprints and contract ‐ Directly oversee and manage in collaboration teams of electrical contractors,
subcontractors & electricians daily activities ‐ Resolve issues related to electric systems or devices that
arise during the course of construction ‐ Changes of design or practical concerns may result in existing
electrical plans and blueprints no longer being viable or specifications ‐ Leading to quickly revise plans

to prevent delays ‐ Manage construction schedules related to electrical elements of job sites ‐ They work
closely with both planners and utility providers to determine when project milestones need to be
completed to avoid delays and maintain profitability ‐ Frequently determine these schedules in
collaboration with subcontractors to ensure that electrical work is completed in tandem with other
elements of the project @ IDKU Liquefying Natural Gas.
