Act as HRBP to key stakeholders to develop and execute HR related strategic business plans
Overseeing and managing the recruitment process (including but not limited to developing job descriptions, screening, interviewing, negotiating salary packages, issuing employment contracts, background screening and other related activities)
Managing the onboarding process and the induction of new hires (including but not limited to system creation, approvals, onboarding package and visa)
Managing all off-boarding activities (including but not limited to calculation of EOS, termination documentations, exit interviews, systems termination and accesses)

Leading a team of 6 individuals across EMEA region in the “Benefits League” program that aims at harmonizing benefits and applying best practices across the EMEA region
Managing all risk and control reports

People Experience Officer (July 2016 - December 2016):
Responsible for pre-boarding, onboarding and induction of new joiners and liaising with the talent acquisition team and the hiring managers regarding new joiner’s start dates
Designing induction process and ‘buddy’ program to ensure smooth and standardized onboarding process
First point of contact for new joiners including explaining the visa process, requesting visa documents for processing, advising on relocation and making necessary travel arrangements.
Designing and rolling out engagement survey to measure the engagement of the staff and suggest necessary action
Designing and rolling out of onboarding survey to measure the success of the onboarding process and take the necessary measures
Leading the culture hub committee (SRC) and responsible for the employee's engagement activities
Assisting in all admin and office management work related to the fulfillment center

Successful onboarding of more than 600 employees over a period of 8 months
Zero payroll errors after 1 month assuming responsibility for payroll.
Consulting (since Oct’ 15):
•Part of a consulting team for an “Employee Performance & Reward” project for a major public sector company in Kuwait writing Job descriptions and conducting job evaluations.
•Part of a consulting team for an employee assessment project for a government department in Saudi Arabia.
•Assisting in the creation of HR policies and procedures on various consulting projects.
Recruitment and On boarding:
•Facilitating and monitoring recruitment of the group after understanding manpower requirements.
•Undertaking preliminary and HR interviews to assess & verify candidate's educational background, experience & competency levels, job and required role expectations as per the needs.
•Co-coordinating with the managers for interviews, salary negotiations, issuing offers, finalizing and closing offers with candidates.
•Planning, organizing, and conducting induction and on boarding for new employees (joiners) across all departments.
•Designing Induction and orientation process.
Compensation and Benefits:
•Processing increments, promotions, relocation, advances & benefits for employees.
•Processing full and final settlements of resigned employee including timely remittance of end of service benefit.
Employee relations:
•Resolving issues concerning employees which arise out of or affect work situation, and researching and suggesting new ways to improve employee satisfaction.
•Assisting in the relocation of new joiners and advising them on various issues such as UAE laws and regulations, family visas, banks, living arrangements, and proactive follow-up on such.
•Preparing salary certificates, pay slips, NOC’s and assisting employees in their day-to-day requests.
Payroll Processing:
•Responsible for monthly payroll processing of employees.
•Addressing and resolving payroll queries and related issues.
•Timely coordination for preparation of pay sheets.
•Preparing salary break-up and validating the deductions and reimbursements.
HR MIS (People HR):
•Ensuring the accuracy of employee details on People-HR system (HRMS).
•Preparing HR dashboards and ensure up to date visualization on manpower, productivity and attrition trends.
•Generating all reports on current manpower, monthly new joiners, attrition details, employee personal details, performance rating details, and experience details.
Residence Visas & Business Visas:
•Managing the full process of residence visa applications, renewals and cancellations (UAE, Qatar & KSA).
•Managing the process of business visas, travel visas and visit visas across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
•Liaising with the PRO’s in in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh on various visa employment issues.
Facilities Management & Administration:
•Managing and supervising KSA office manager, Abu Dhabi office assistant, travel coordinator, receptionist, driver and office boys regarding workloads and performance.
•Maintaining a log of all legal documents, and following up on the expiry and renewal of trade licenses and any other legal documents across the 4 offices.
•Liaising with landlords across the 4 offices and negotiating the renewals and termination of rental contracts, office facilities and maintenance.
•Managing the purchase of all office supplies and furniture, and responsible for all office and lift access cards.
•Approaching different vendors regarding office supplies and services, negotiating new deals and evaluating current ones.
•Managing off-site storage, printing and shredding vendors.
•Managing the recruitment process, designing and applying induction and on boarding processes .
•Reduced reliance on external recruitment consultants by utilizing all forms of in house recruitment such as recruitment websites, professional social networks, direct recruitment and referrals.
