Front Office Manager In Charge
Monitors the front office product and service quality to ensure
Conformity to the company operating standards, procedures and local regulations.
Managing the functional areas of reservation, guest registration, bell services, telephone services, guest transport services and guest accounting to ensure customer satisfaction and to maximize the profits of the hotel.
Monitors departmental control systems to ensure that costs
are controlled, forecast revenues and occupancies are obtained and that the product quality standards are maintained.
Manages the human resources within the department ensuring that the work climate is consistent with the mission statement .
Monitors front office personnel and guest relations to ensure that known regular guests and other VIP’s receive special attention and recognition.
