1. Product Line Manager (Service and Sales)

I. Technical Tasks:
• Monitor the performance of the service team by establishing a system of reports and cyclical meetings.
• Responsible of all service interventions.
• Site inspection, Installation, Operator training, Testing & Equipment Maintenance.
• Support the adaptation and manipulation of wide range of laboratory parameters manual (Elisa, chemistry, PCR...) and fully automated equipment, interpretation of results, calibration and control.
• Prepare service contract proposals.
• Manage PM schedules for the technical department.

II. Sales Tasks:
• Act as first reference for all products related inquiries.
• Help in planning and evaluating market studies.
• Provide the sales team with the needed product training, necessary technical expertise, analyze reports and recommend suitable actions.
• Responsible for sales tasks in surgery equipment products.

Coordinating shipments, technical and sales visits to all hospitals of Lebanon, research institutions (Mainly American University Hospital Of Beirut) and other private Laboratories.

Helping the service team to provide the preventive maintenance and service of all equipment in the hospital.

Three months training with written report about the portable X-Ray machine (C-Arm).

Maintenance and installation of medical equipments ( Operating room materials, X-Ray, CT-scanner and IRM).

two months training with written report about the principle of medical equipments.
Practice on: ECG, Defibrillator, ventilator, Monitor, Imaging and Hemodialysis
