1. Check new projects drawings and details, pricing estimation sheets, quotations and calculate
the project required cost to finalize.
2. Meet client and discuss regarding contracts details, work schedules and any other subjects
related to client project.
3. Manage Project resources and capabilities.
4. Manage Quality control at the Projects.
5. Control monthly plans and executed works reports.
6. Control work progress according to the projects schedules.
7. Control fabricated and installed material inspection and handing over to clients and
consultant.
8. Control executed work schedules and invoices process according to the executed works.
9. Control Technical issues for approval such Shop drawings, material technical submittal,
structural calculation reports, inspection of delivered material, inspection of installed
material.

2- Clarify the Metal works scope and issue bill of material, study the prices for raw
material, study required labor’s and required equipment’s for fabrication and installation

3- Applying and supervision in items estimation.
4- Issue quotations / tenders to client.
5- Attend meeting with clients to discuss the prices and issue cost breakdown.
6- Dealing with client, consultant and subcontractors, regarding project contracts issues.
7- Verifying the contracts and commercial schedules.
8- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
9- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, budgets, cash flows and
