Orientation for the new nursing/interns/trainees staff, educating and giving presentations about the new topics/health events, policies, procedures, documentation, nursing skills, nursing care, CME lectures, job descriptions, courses, competencies, etc..

Managing the staff monthly schedule, coordinating with different units for patients and clients' reservation for the good care and stay at the hospital. Auditing & taking improvement actions, collaborating to build new policies and procedures, data collection, and controlling the main quality system.

Caring for all sort of patients related to oncology, gastrology, nephrology, cardiology, neurology...preparation of chemotherapy, all sort of IV medication administration, IV insertion in veins and in polysites, inserting Foley, NG, wound care, helping in all the doctor’s procedures held in the patient bed, coordinating with the different units in the hospital as well.
