Responsible for end-to-end management of all technical aspects of an account through the entire presales phase of an opportunity and into the posts-sales stage including support the Project Manager with delivery of the solution and constant customer satisfaction. Responsible for RFP Responses, for African French speaking countries + France, involving solution sales and delivery both in the Mobile Value-added Services, Roaming solutions, Customer Interaction Management solutions and mobile analytics for mobile operators in the assigned territory.
Product presentations and demonstrations
Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor the approval process
Compare Information Builders product offering at a technical level with competitiveness.
Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
Liaise with local, EMEA and corporate support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process
Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts
Assists with the creation of a sales cycle plan
Assists customer, prospect and Sales Representative to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment)
Manages hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and Professional Services) for live project implementation
As a leader Architect I head the service delivery and countries integration studies streams into the SDP (Service Delivery Platform) project, I define the strategy for the SDP implementation in the AMEA zone. I have the influence on the future infrastructure solutions, platform and services in Orange Corp and affiliates in AMEA - I am also designing, building and documenting them, and thereby making sure orange have the best possible VAS and technical IT solutions.
With AMEA orange affiliates, I act as a consultant and I give my interlocutors advices about architectures and group strategies.
I led an innovation pole in OLPS Tunisia (10 persons), we participate on the Orange group challenges
Key responsibilities :
• Liaise with Marketing and seek inputs for the Head of VAS (value added services) Technology to develop and implement VAS technology strategy
• Lead the innovators team to conceive services responding to the 4G (LTE) challenges
• Study the eligibility of the services on the top of the SDP platform
• Design a customized SDP solution for Jordan (Dec 2013), Tunis (Jan 2014) & Senegal (Feb2014)
• Make the mapping between what the SDP expose to service providers and what exists as interface in the Orange affiliate
• Define and optimize the robust application, data, security, integration and technical and functional architecture to well fulfill business and IT transformation requirements.
• Design the overall architecture management asset including framework, organization, process, approach, principle and template to enforce the architecture governance.
• Provide direction or guidance when there is problem, confliction occurred internally and externally.
• Identify and monitor inter-dependencies and conflictions between various business and IT transformation activities.
• Being recognized as an expert on one or more architecture areas.
• Providing knowledge and expertise as consultant when needed
• Design, execute and maintain the KPI’s
• Optimise VAS / Mobile Data solutions.
• Sign the ATP document (Acceptance Tests Procedure)
• Prepare and evaluate the RFx / communicate the plan of conception/architecture to the suppliers of the VAS solutions
• Translation of the Marketing needs in technical feasibility
