Power Train And NDT Shop
• Maintain, test, repair, troubleshoot and fix parts such as transmissions and rotary wings
• Remove and install different types of bushings, bearings and seals
• Remove, install and disassemble flight controls for replacing damage components and
perform rigging check
• Performed borescope inspection and non-destructive testing including eddy current, magnetic particle, fluorescent penetrant and ultrasonic
Other Duties : Since JAN 2023
• Providing technical support ( MAINTENANCE and LOGISTIC ) for the fleet that will be deployed with the united nations
• Had been assigned the task of training new aircraft mechanic
• Making recommendations to managers on the need to purchase necessary equipment
•Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair on aircraft systems piece by piece including hydraulic and pneumatic systems using basic hand tools, portable power tools and specialized tools
• Fuel feed system inspection including purge, vacuum and pressure test
• Performed main rotor and tail rotor track and balance
• weight and balance of aircraft
• Performed pre-flight checks, daily check of fluids and scheduled minor repairs and modifications
• performed line service duties including parking aircraft, fueling aircraft, moving aircraft in and out of hangars, flight line safety inspections and marshaling aircraft through arrivals and departures
• Assistance of the senior aircraft mechanics or crew chiefs when needed
