• Dealing with international phone calls and emails
• Providing customer service by understanding and satisfying customers requirements
• Handling customer complaints and providing necessary help to injured customers abroad
• Controlling the processes for visas, insurance cards, contracts
• Helping management in their absence
• Providing clients with a grammatically correct, well-expressed written/oral English translation
• Consulting with experts in special area
• Dealing with different nationalities and cultures at the same time
• Working flexible hours
- Day-to-day housekeeping duties
