As a Business Development Officer, my main role was to generate new sales leads and contacts and maintain successfully the relations with other comapanies, leads and other Business Developers.
Part of what our company provides is Human Resources Consultancy which is a highly-prized asset to any company.
My main responsibilities included:
Contacting potential cliens.
Overseeing and research new innovative approaches to the market.
Researching organizations, individuals, conducting various feasibility studies to see the potential of a certain idea.
Developing quotes and proposals, in accordance to client’s needs.
Preparing and attending various meetings, industry events that would generate more leads.
Sales Executive: Coordinating, calling and producing leads that benefit the productivity of the Sales and Marketing department of the company.
Administration- Ability to take charge on managerial tasks and micromanage Admin Team and Costumer Service
Operational Support- Supervising and contributing on smooth operational service
Maintaining a healthy and excellent relationships with clients
Costumer Service- Taking responsibility over the costumer service and managing all client’s expectations, while holding high standards to the company.
Answer and direct phone calls
•Organize and schedule appointments
•Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
•Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
•Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
•Maintain contact lists
•Provide general support to visitors
•Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
•Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Answering phone calls and maintaining an organized environment in the office.
Assisting in the organization of various social events.
Greeting costumers and important clients.
Assisting the manager with additional duties.
Assisting with the monthly budget.
Delivering the daily schedule for the servers (waiters/waitresses, bussers)
In case of special occasions (weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, anniversaries), make sure that the reservations are accurate and follow any special need or request
Make sure that the servers follow the cleaning schedule after every shift
Assisting any costumer with personal information regarding their respective data in the system
Assisting the financers with the uploading of the new data in the system
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Informing the new costumers, whom were interested in opening a new bank account, regarding the benefits and any further procedures.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
Bachelor Degree of Humanities and Social Sciences Department in International Relations and Diplomacy. Course Description: Concentration on the Balkan studies and the Diplomatic Relations between the West and South Eastern Europe countries, influence and the international affairs. Additional courses such as Economics, Literature, Art, Globalization, Philosophy, Anthropology, Religion, Culture, Gender, Statistics, Computer Science (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Ancient/Modern History.
