• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers,
understanding their business challenges and technical
requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account
plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, and
quotations
• Provide expert technical guidance during the sales cycle, from
initial inquiry to post-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients,
partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Supervision of Tender Management Section.
• Supervision of Design and Drawing Section.
• Attend Bidding, clarificatory meeting and project negotiation.
• Provide technical and bid documents.
• Provide value engineering / equivalent components based on design, availability, Project duration and
discontinued components.
• Review and interpretation of electrical plan prior for cost estimation and Design.
• Review and approved shop drawing for fabrication.
• Provide technical support for servicing team, Sales Department, Production and clients.
• Assist production for the for the fabrication of panel board / switchgear.
• Work with engineering and quality teams to identify issues and resolve production problems.
• Provide monthly monitoring and report to top management.
• Will ensure that all employees have the proper training in their perspective field.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure).
• Other duties as assigned.

• After sales service engineer / Costing Engineer
• Coordinates with sales Department and client regarding issues and concerns at site.
• Actual site inspection, troubleshooting and survey works needed for preparation of shop drawing and as-built
plans.
• Prepare necessary documents (approved shop drawing, cost proposal and methodology), materials,
Equipment's and manpower for the servicing.
• Supervision of mounting of LVSG / panel boards, cabling and termination, migration, energization and others. • Assist Sales for product presentation and bidding for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Review Electrical plan and checking of shop drawing for fabrication.
• Preparation of bid documents and quotation for electrical products such as Motor Controls, Transformer,
Genset, MVSG, LVSG and electrical works.
• Review Electrical plan and checking of shop drawing for fabrication
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection of Fabricated panel boards prior for delivery at site. • Provide QC checklist and PDI report.
• Conduct Testing and Commissioning of supplied panel boards / switch board.

• Promptly respond to general enquires from client, suppliers and internal client
• Undergo inspection and troubleshooting of (Everdigm generator, Tower Crane, Crawler Crane and others). • Providing technical report and documentation.
• Generate Quotation and Cost Estimate of servicing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of heavy equipment's
• Conduct Orientation and Commissioning for generators.
