Prepare bidding offer according company pricing policy to ensure preference and competitiveness.
Prepare the company's bidding file according to the Saudi G.T.P.L regulations.
Issuing foreign and local purchasing orders, opening and following up L/Cs, and L/Gs.
Negotiating contracts with suppliers / manufacturers to ensure costs for freight, transportation, customs
clearance and storage to increase productivity and profitability.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Analyzing operating expenses and financial performance and costs against budget.
Lead procurement team to serve committed deliverable.
Create and monitor documentation process of all the transactions, invoices, claims, contracts and documents of the procurement department in an appropriate manner.

Follow-up governmental tenders calls platforms and press.
Review the tender specifications and do the translation.
Releasing RFQ to suppliers based on scope of work and assure they receive the specs correctly.
Check and Analyse the received quotations assure it meet the specs and terms.
Negotiation suppliers for best quality, lowest price and on time delivery.
Cooperating with accounting dept. in suppliers' transfers and L/Cs.
Tracking shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Receiving and archiving shipments' documents, handle it to the custom agent, Follow up with him.
Coordinating with governments sectors in releasing clearance letters for shipments.
Inspecting shipments and assure the qualifications.
Coordinating with governments sectors in delivering the shipments.
