Develop policies and procedures (subject to Board approval) relating to candidate selection and ensure that such selection criteria for screening and admission of candidates are adhered to.
Maintain working relationships with universities.
Maintain a continuing flow of quality applicants and transfers to ALTAMAYYUZ academy by analyzing trends in enrollment and marketing activities.
Lead the screening, selection, and assessment of candidates through a well-established and rigorous assessment process.
Oversee the assessment of Participants throughout their programs at ALTAMAYYUZ academy.
Provide oversight as well as Monitor the quality control systems.
Ensure full compliance with the approved training curriculum and performance standards.
Identify problems affecting quality and provide solutions.
Review all quality assurance reports prior to the Managing Director ‘approval.
Notify the Programs Director and the Managing Director of deficiencies in the quality of programs.
Review and maintain resumes for all ALTAMAYYUZ academy teaching staff to ensure that academic qualifications and technical skills requirements are met and maintained.
Endeavour to secure international and national accreditation and certification of the facility and programs when feasible.
Direct and participate in internal audits of designated technical and nontechnical matters.
Support the Admission & Quality Director in administrating and ensuring that quality assurance function follow the established policies and procedures.
I'm appointed by the president of the society as a supervisor in the Institutional Communication Committee. I’m in charge of the communication channels for Riyadh Branch (email, whatsapp)
Also, I work as coordinator in the Training and Consulting Committee. During online training held by SSQ-Riyadh, I collect all payment receipts for certification requests and I answer people’s question and remarks before, during and after the training or event. As well as, co-host the training or the event and gather questions for the speaker. Also after the training, I arrange, prepare and send all the certifications of the training or workshop.
I also supervise the Quality Volunteer Club, and oversee the volunteer opportunity SSQ-Riyadh post in National Volunteer Portal under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Also, I register the volunteering hours for the volunteers for their work in the Saudi Society for Quality.
Provide advisory services to colleges regarding the Community Partnership. Coordinate with colleges and departments for policies and procedures required by the NSAAA as well as the ones formulated by DOQ. Support colleges and department in “AJWAD” initiative (university surveys). Collect and archive all the survey’s reports submitted. I Prepared the quality department's part of the orientation presentation for new staff and presented it for few times. And Supported the launch of Deanship of Development with the Vice President before appointing its Dean and staff.
Provide and arrange all training sessions for all bank's employees in the central, northern and eastern regions whether internal training or external training with other local vendors Including the housing, location, ticket fair, certificates, etc...
Coordinate with The Institute of Finance regarding the bank employees’ training certificates and schedules.
Provide monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annual reports for all internal and external local training sessions conducted for the banks employees.
Assist Human capital in most of HR related matters in central and eastern regions, due to the location of the human capital offices in Jeddah.
providing government and privet sectors construction projects with sanitary wares and tiles.
Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University, in college of languages English department has no divisions but they teach all three sections of the English language Literature, Theoretical and Applied English.
