Pool Supervisor - Lifeguard(swimming pool)

Duties:
• Maintain documentation and filing of paper works in the office.
• Recording, filling, encoding data and keeping all the documents for future records.
• Typing correspondence e.g. memo, notice, request etc.
• Checking email, monitoring, printing emails
• Performs other duties and assignments as required.
• Ensures that employees remain alert and are at their proper places within the Swimming pool and Jacuzzi area
• Ensure customer safety, customer/public relation: addressing concerns/suggestions
• Provide oversight of government furnished property.
• Assist the Recreation Specialist in executing events.
• Assist Community Services Supervisor with implementation of quality, safety, environmental and other administrative affairs.
• Assist Armed Forces Entertainment Programs, Special events.
• Able to supervise and manage the activities of multi-national and cultural diverse work force.
• Train Lifeguard staff
• Maintain the Swimming Pool’s water quality.
