Responsibilities
• Lead a team of instructors and manage delivery of English language courses to cadets of Royal Saudi Air Force at KFAA as per approved curriculum and course schedules.
• Develop and maintain a quality and user friendly learning environment assuring high learning standards contributing to delivery of all agreed learning objectives.
• Assign tasks and lesions to instructors, provide required advice and guidance, conduct evaluations of instructor performance and implement effective improvement plans.
• Observe classroom sessions and counsel instructors on the adoption of optimum classroom management and instructional methodologies.
• Review performance of students, identify learners earning low grades and provide required counseling and remedial coaching to attain specified standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all training activities and produce various reports required by the management and Saudi military officials.
