Engineering and Solution Architecture : Dimensioning for External Solutions Integration, Topology Establishment, Call Flow Definition, Configuration Preparation and Testing (Protocol Analyzer, Customization based on Protocol Flexibility).

- Study of the business offers feasibility and promotions specifications provided by the Marketing.
- Implementation and deployment of the conceived business offers through the CS BC Rating Management Application for prepaid, postpaid and hybrid subscribers based on the Marketing and Management requirements.
- Configuration of offers, promotions and tariffs through SDP (SMA/RMA) using rating and promotion structures (Dedicated Account, Accumulators, Bonus, USSD structures …) and features (PAM, Offer Driven Rating, Usage Counters, Usage Thresholds…).
- Configuration of Refills and Services through AIR (AVIM and RMA) using Refill structures (Premium, Account, and Account Division).
- Performing OLM Front End, Processing, and Back End configurations.
- Coordinating with Third Party teams : SOA, VOMS, VAS, and CRM.
- Consolidating with Mediation and Data-Ware-House for reporting and CDRs specifications.
- Offering UCIP and Mass Provisioning Interfaces for All Customer Care activities.
- Integration of Charging System nodes (SDP, AIR, CCN) and coordination with the Ericsson’s System Integrators during the project.
- In charge of acceptance tests (ATPs) after integration, software upgrades (ICPs), emergency packages installation and functions activation.
- Fault Management, collaboration and follow-up with Ericsson local Support for all escalated issues and system failures through the Customer Service Request Portal (CSRs).
- Business Configuration Optimization and Tuning.

- Prepare the infrastructure (OS and hardware specification) as required by the solution Vendor.
- Installation of the RADIO Planning Software solutions like Atoll & OPTIMI (E// Product).
- Support the end user for the Client version installation and configuration.
- Investigating and fixing anomalies related to the Client version configuration
- Administration of the OS (Windows 2008 server) where Atoll and OPTIMI solutions were running (perform daily health check, perform a weekly OS backup, and monitor the system performance)
- Oracle Administration support level 1 for Atoll Database, perform daily oracle DB backup, daily checks of oracle logs files and react in case of necessity.
- Installation and configuration of Oracle Client for the end users then connect it to the Oracle server.
- Raise the anomalies related to the software to the supplier support team and follow it up.
- Perform the software upgrade following the MOP provided by the supplier.

Project Topic : « Design and Implementation of business Intelligent system for provisioning division of NAFTAL company ».

•Tasks performed:

- Study of the architecture of different data sources (Databases, Flat file and information system)
- Design and implement a data-ware-house database to store all required information for BI reporting
- Prepare ETL phase Extraction from different data sources and make the required data transformation then load it to the data-ware-house database
- Implementation of dashboard which allows the processing of the data-ware-house data as per the business intelligence technology (X-OLAP)
