3D modeling: Responsible for developing conceptual airframe designs through to design details. Develop new airframe design concepts, airframe layouts, detail components and assemblies. Developing, analyzing, and presenting design solutions for interior and exterior components. Converting concepts in a variety of mediums into functional designs. Optimizing production and manufacturing processes: Develops and improves manufacturing processes, develops factory layout options and work flow. Performs and oversees development of new or improved manufacturing and assembly processes for metal and composite materials. Writes test and development plans and documents methods, costs and results. Responsible for oversight of industrial engineering activities related to new factory and process creation. Application of lean principles and techniques to new process creation.

Aircraft Parts Manufacturing Deputy Manager: responsible for managing manufacturing activities, designing suitable production processes, moulds, dies and Jigs (CAD), making CAM programs and run the CNC machines.
