material submittals, prequalification documents, conceptual designs,

 Utilize effective product differentiation strategies based on seasonal

 Develop and implement a comprehensive system for pipeline
management, including the creation of graphical representations and
indicators to monitor sales performance.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure and evaluate sales team performance.
 Prepare and generate office documents and regular reports to provide valuable insights and updates on sales
performance.
 Formulate monthly action plans for sales and various sectors of the business.
 Expanding business channels and cultivating partnerships within the market to engage with over 30 new client groups,
including companies and holdings, on an annual basis.
 Enhancing pricing capabilities by incorporating other relevant systems, such as steel structures, civil works, and joinery
works.
 Strengthening market knowledge among designers by conducting monthly sessions with consultants and designers.
These sessions will focus on introducing new technologies, trends, and the industry's product solutions, both globally
and locally. The aim is to provide valuable insights and promote awareness of the benefits and applications within
the industry.
 Overseeing the sales department and managing teams across wholesale and project sectors.
 Effectively manage the Marketing Department, which entails overseeing strategic planning, pricing methods,
product portfolio, branding, supplier communications, campaigns and events, market studies, incentive planning,
social media and website management, as well as developing and expanding into new sectors.
 With administrative privileges, entrusted as the Deputy of the General Manager, authorized to sign on their behalf
during periods of non-attendance or vacation.
 Collaborate with the GM BD & internal Business Unit Management stakeholders (when directed/when necessary)
