1. involvement in all business details and requirements of mechanical maintenance, chemical cleaning, hydro jetting, chemicals disposal and transport, heat insulation, heat treatment, spear parts and the other activities involving in the industrial maintenance. For both SABIC and Aramco to fulfill their requirements 24/7 including the planed and sudden shutdowns.

managing and monitoring the different maintenance/construction projects inside SABIC and ARAMCO and insuring the client requirement fulfillment. including the arrangements of the new contracts. in addition to the other administrative responsibilities including the following:
1. managing monitoring and controlling a number of 358 manpower leaded by 14 Engineer 23 supervisors in addition to 26 administrator including heads of departments, PRO's, HR, Finance, and accountants. reporting directly to the CEO.
2.Directing all the contracts of both maintenance and major project with all SABIC and Aramco affiliates under the area.
3.monitoring and leading all the operations and execution with the help of the operation department for the different work activities such as mechanical, civil, insulation, sandblasting, chemical cleaning, rod construction, fireproofing, thrust boring, and piping.
4. directing all bedding's estimations costing invoicing and finance in addition to the engineering designs and documentation flow with the help of the concerned departments heads of the engineering and the finance.
5. monitoring and guiding all the progress and future plans with the help of the planing department and assuring that it fits our client planes for both maintenance and projects activities.
6. monitoring the activities of the maintenance and transportation departments.
7. monitoring and guiding the transaction of materials with the help of procurement and store departments and the corresponding inventory and re ordering activities.
8. Safety, QA/QC and security are reporting directly.

A. peripheral rod construction Project (9KM) at Satorp plant jubail KSA.
B. fire Proofing application for al Razi Plant.2 at jubail industrial city KSA.
C. thrust boring activities for sanitary network rehabilitation at rod 128 Jubail.
D. maintenance projects at Hadeed plant.
E. insulation and chemical and mechanical maintenance activities during shutdowns and turnarounds for almost sabic and aramco plants such as berri gas plant, safco, IBB, juaima, Qatif plant 1 and 2 and IBB etc...
1.planning coordinating and estimation design and direct monitoring for the technical drawings and quotations with consultants and clients in addition to the technical advisories for other departments.
