القيام بأعمال صيانة المعدات الهيدروليكية(مضخات, بويلرات, صمامات ...) ومعدات التكييف(وحدات التبريد AHU & FCU, المبادلات الحرارية, وخزانات المياه ...) في ابراج وقف الملك عبد العزيز (ابراج ساعة مكة) وتنسق الأعمال والمواد ومتابعتها وعمل برامج الصيانة الدورية والأشراف على تنفيذها والقيام باعمال الصيانة التصحيحية .
• Maintenance section - Power Station and Utilities Area from (9/1994) - (1/2010)
• Working in BIN LADIN GROUP OPERATION & MAINTENANCE in SAUDI ARABIA from 9/2009- (present)
For Rotating Equipments: Operation and maintenance for Steam power station (Two units with 7.2 MW each, Steam turbines, boilers, boiler feed pump, air cooled condenser, ejector and dearator)
Operation and maintenance for 10MW Gas turbine and HRSG.
Operation and maintenance for 2.4 MW Diesel engine generator.
Performing overhaul and maintenance for electrical generator prime movers " 7.2 MW steam turbine, 10 MW gas turbine and 2.4 MW diesel engines" and their hydraulic controlling systems.
i. Carrying out several overhauls for 7.2 MW steam turbines.
ii. Carrying out overhaul for 10 MW gas turbine.
iii. Carrying out overhaul for 2.4 MW diesel engines.
iv. Carrying out complete overhaul for rotating equipments (different types of pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes & turbines)
Studying material offers, main store material orders, material needed for maintenance activities and spare parts levels for new equipment.
Listing equipment needs maintenance, scheduling maintenance operation.
For Stationary Equipments: Performing maintaining for stationary equipments "high pressure boilers, heaters, vessels, fin fans, distillation columns, cooling towers and heat exchangers".
Maintenance of different types of valves.
Carrying out inspection department recommendations for all stationary equipments.
During the above mentioned period, I associated in the major maintenance at the following units in the refinery: -
1- Unibon unit. 2- Topping unit. 3- Naphtha Hydro Treating and Plat former units. 4- Vacuum unit. 5-reverse osmosis unit.
Inspecting and checking that maintenance work is done according to specifications and standards (API, ANSI, ASME, DIN & ASTM)
