• Develop an application strategy and information architecture based on current and future needs of the business such that it can be used to drive development and investment roadmaps across all stages of the business lifecycle.

• Facilitate and where required lead the detailed cross-functional process analysis such that the data architecture is clearly understood and to ensure the most efficient flow of processes across the application architecture

• The Co-ordination and management of multi-projects across all parts of the business lifecycle

• Manage the on-going support for the existing core global applications

• Apply best practice processes and where appropriate the agile methodology to managing the change processes on these applications across the various stages of the development lifecycle

• Ensure that a business driven prioritization process is established across the application and the processes are in place for ensuring the correct level of status communication based on the priorities, ensure the correct capacity planning and allocation of resource, both in-house and 3rdparty as appropriate

• ERP INFOR LN Implementation
Integrating Sales & Distribution module with INFOR ERP LN completes the integration of all modules in SIPCO, this is one of the biggest challenges, it was the first attempt to integrate complete S&D module in an ERP in MEA region. Traditionally a middle-ware has been used in S&D implementation.
 Along with ERP implementation the new state of the art Intermec CN70 devices were rolled out.

Around 400+ devices communicate daily via central web service replacing the traditional comms server which was been used in each branch.

• RoutePower32
Some of the Features that are incorporated in CN70 Handheld Application Software - RoutePower32:
 Co-pilot is the new Navigation software integrated with RP32, to guide the CR/Sales team to service the customer with quickest route.
 With Microsoft Lync on the HHC, users can keep track of their contacts’ availability; send an IM with the back office team
 Bay wise Stock: The CR can have the visibility of stock by BAY and by Van.
 Production Automation: By Production/Batch code automation, the CR scans the production code while making sales, therefore the sales/production team can track the products with certain batch code by customer. This will help to withdraw only the products with certain production/batch code from the specific customers.
 Customer Scan/GPS Validation: When the CR reaches the customer location, The Customers will be shortlisted based on the current geo location or scan the customer barcode.
 Online Data Communication: With the new technology GPRS/3G, As the CR makes the Sales/Collection, the data is updated at the backend along with the visibility of the sales calls made, Van stock, GPS Data and in case of any updated data, data can transmitted via 3G from the market.
 The CR can make the extra load while he is in the Market, by the time he comes to depot, his extra load is ready for loading, this will save lot of time and immediately he can return to the market for sales.
 Any changes to Discounts/Promotions or New Discounts/Promotions, there is no need the CR to kill the HH and to come to the depot, While the CR is in the market he can update the changes. Any new Customer/ Customer Orders can be added online while the CR is in the market.
 Automate return sales orders: The CR will be able to received goods from customers only against the approved return sales orders.
 Exchange Item: The CR will be able exchange the company’s approved items from customers.
 Discounts & Promotions: added new Promotion based on Amount and get quantity based on Amount
And added Cups & Lids Promotion and Maximum Promotion available for Cups & Lids

The operation of RoutePower 32 can also be easily modified through data settings so that it will best match the business requirements.

RouteProCE has the following functionalities 1. Route Schedule Sequence 2. Sales Invoicing 3. Accounts Receivable collections 4. Order Request 5. Sales History 6. Customer Survey
Datacon is designed to consolidate the Data across locations from different regions to the Head -office. This is designed using bcp and bulkinsert utility of MS SQL Server 2000 and XML. From this Head-office the Data is transferred to Oracle using Data Transformation Services.
RoutePro a Back office Software which integrates with Intermec PDA's like Downloading and Uploading data from the PDA, and controls the operations in PDA through various parameters like Credit Limit, Item Authorization, Special Pricing, Customer Sequencing and Promotions. RoutePro extensively covers Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounts Receivable and Inventory Management modules.
