▪︎ Working with different groups of people in different departments such as warehouse, procurement, shipping
departments to take the appropriate action.
▪︎ Developing appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction and service level at the lowest
possible cost.
▪︎ Managing and reviewing dispatch lead times for each destination regularly (to be shared with customers).
▪︎ Managing orders and requests until the orders are fully dispatched and confirmed delivered.
▪︎ Coordinating and supervising the warehouse for the pick & pack process using JDE and Tableau.
▪︎ Performing MRP regularly to replenish orders, monitoring material resources planning (MRP), analysing supply
and demand in order to improve forecasting accuracy.
▪︎Working closely with other departments such as Quality Control to identify possible problem / delays and
optimize the lead time
▪︎ Managing decision making process in operations to optimize the supply chain flow and maintain the acceptable
service level
▪︎Analyzing cost of the goods, transport, warehouse, supply patterns, existing demand for the goods, etc.
▪︎Benchmarking peer organizations approach in supply chain to find out the best practices that could be
implemented across the ICRC.
▪︎Making sure that all forecasts are received, registered, and matched with firm demand. And ensure that goods
are sourced according to an agreed plan.
Develop Master Production Plan based on materials availability, plant capacity, yield, maintenance schedule and requested delivery dates.
▪ Perform Materials Requirements Planning and issue Purchase Requests for forecasted demand orders.
▪ Prepare Order for Manufacturing and Packaging according to Master Production Plan, Materials Requirements Planning and orders priorities.
▪ Monitor production to ensure the fulfilment of Master Production Plan without any delays.
▪ Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods to avoid shortage
Collect satisfaction related data through conducting patient-doctor surveys, direct interviews and field observation.
▪ Study and analyse collected data and recommend improvement actions accordingly.
▪ Designed and presented analytical reports to management.
The project was target the performance of the operating theaters (operation rooms) at the Isteshari hospital. Operation rooms (ORs) in the hospital suffer from high delay rates and low room utilization which hinders the overall performance and adds extra costs to the hospital.
Analysis through this project was based on the DMAIC methodology. Delay causes were investigated and main causes were identified. An action plan was recommended to reduce future delays and improve the OR schedule, by establishing a data base for operation durations and turn over times to get more accurate estimates when scheduling operations
On the Production planning we work on making production planning every six month and the MRP (Material requirement planning ) monthly and the WOMP (order manufacturing process)
Analyze and study the production process of yogurt in order to apply statistical quality control principles and looking for improvement areas.
