Responsibilities:
• Administration and Supervision of the solutions
• First point of contact and main interface between customer and teams (customer care, sales, marketing, …)
• Assist customer local network & optimisation teams:
-to use and customize solutions (KPI, reporting definitions, configuration)
-to troubleshoot in order to help optimization teams
• Provide recommendations to the operator in order to fine-tune the solution and adapt it to network evolution or experts requests
• Local solution administration and maintenance (HW replacement, cabling, …)
• Ensure first level support and troubleshooting
• Adapt solution settings according to volumes, end-user requests, network changes, …
• Update system and probes configuration according to network changes
• Manage software updates
• Supervision and system alarm monitoring .
• Configured, managed, and evaluated multi-protocol network elements to ensure effective end-to-end communications.
• Address issue and coordinate activities with Technical Support team to solve problems
• Control outputs availability and reliability on daily basis

Responsibilities:
• Coordination with operations team for resolution of ECS requests.
• Resolve software issues, provision, and install new POS terminals.
• Run acceptances testing on POS terminals to ensure compliance with technical requirement
• Write optimized queries to get the best info related to POS terminals from database
• Implemented, developed, and tested installation and update of file servers

• Create databases with efficient structures
• Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity
• Write optimized queries, views, and triggers for integration with other applications
• Understand issues related to network performance and security
