Coiled Tubing Supervisor, HALLIBURTON Algeria: Since 09/2022
Supervisor of Coiled Tubing Crew.
• Ensures that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job.
• Conducts short safety meeting and assign the task to each crew members.
• Ensure that each personnel are made aware of the hazards and is fully aware of their responsibilities.
• Ensure that all equipment for the job is free of any damages/defects, As the pre and post job checklist.
• Supervise and assist in Rig-up and Rig-down of all equipment.
• Ensure that operations are conducted as per the Standard Operating Procedures and is in adherence to the Company and client policies and procedures.
• Full working knowledge of Permit to Work Systems.
• Perform Risk Assessments.
• Inspect the Quality File of each equipment prior mobilization and ensure that all related certificates, calibrations, load inspections, maintenance check lists, etc., are up to date and available at the work location.
• Operate 30T mobile crane.
I worked as Coiled Tubing Operator of 45K and 95K Units, 2, 1.5 and 1.75 inch sizes.
• Prepare, repair and ensure the proper function of equipment during different jobs: Stimulation, Kickoff, Clean out, Acid, Milling, Fishing, Cement plug, Post- frac.
• Perform rig up and rig down from well in: Onshore oil and gas live well, Drilling rig.
• Perform BOP and stripper packer OPPM, Inspect and change rams and inserts.
• Ability to Operate All CT type and sizes, Standalone.
• Assisted in maintenance of the different parts of coiled tubing unit (Reel, injector, power pack, generator, control house, trucks ) and perform the necessary PM checks.
• Perform spool off and spool on the coil pipe.
• Pump with N2 unit under supervision.
• Supervise Junior Personnel.
• Perform standard pumping operations.
• Ability to re-pack Fluid Ends
• Perform standard daily checks and full maintenance of units.
• Prepare reports, both written and in conjunction with Data Acquisition System.
• Perform basic Pumping related calculations.
