- Preparing the Testing and Commissioning Method Statements.
- Direct contact and involvement with Sub-contractors.
- Perform the pre-commissioning activity and highlight the issues that will affect commissioning process.
- Prepare the installation site redness report and highlight the delayed systems based on the
commissioning schedule.
- Lead the subcontractor and vender commissioning team at site to perform the commissioning activity as
per the commissioning procedure and standers.
- Implement system performance review, to ensure that prior to handover for witness to the Engineer that
the systems are operating within the design intended conditions and project specification requirements.
- Witness all the commissioning functional and integration test on the site and ensure a smooth handover
to the client representative.
- Prepare and submit the testing and commissioning report and reply to the consultant and client
representative comment.
- Review all the Sub-Contractor submittals to ensure compliance with the contract documents and the
commissioning plan prior to be submitted to the engineer for the final approval.
- Prepare a daily and weekly report foe the commissioning activity and highlight the comments and issues.
- Establish schedules for O&M submittals, O&M training schedules and the final handover documentation
submittals required from each Sub-contractor.
- Prepare and submit the close out documents such as (Operation & Maintenance manual, Training
Manual, Test Procedure ... etc.) for Electrical and Mechanical System.
- Certify that works are complete and systems are tested as per the Contract Documentation and project
specification requirements.
- Perform other duties instructed by Department Head or Sr. Engineer.
- Attending project progress review meetings, technical meetings and Coordinate accordingly
- Perform LV test (MDB, SMDB, MCC)
- Perform TAB (Testing Adjusting Balance) for HVAC
- Design review.
- Material Submittals review
- Evaluate the project progress for LV and Low Current system (Power system, Lighting system, Access
Control system, Telephone system, Fire Alarm system, CCTV and public health system)
- Review the shop drawing, as built drawing and check the system in the site
- Prepare the list of equipment to the main contractor.
- Prepare SOR (Site Observation Report) to the main contractor.
- Perform TAB (Testing Adjusting Balance) for HVAC system.
- Testing and commissioning for AHU’s, FCU’s, exhaust fans, smoke fan, chillers, pumps and
chilled water system.
- Fire Staircase Test.
- Material Submittals review
- Design review.
- Control System installation and maintenance, CCTV and DCS.
- Design and Execution for solar system and control panel.
- Design all Electrical Work
- Pricing of electrical equipment
- Install and maintain CCTV system
- Design and Execution for LV
- Testing and Operation
