1. All the related duties of Billing Accountant
Creating the new customer account in the system.
Agreement/revision updating in the system.
Preparing all sales/finance report.
Preparing the customer monthly invoice (by system/manually) at the end of the month or at the time of requirement.
Dealing with customer of their requirement/problems related to Finance.
Preparing E-invoice.
Updating all the mode of payment in the system.
Following up with sales executives for customer balance.
Balance confirmation & reconciliation of both accounts.
Handling all later of credit (LC), receivable & payable.
Handling administrative jobs too.
All the related duties of Billing Accountant
Checking the shipment rate as per the updated agreement rate for more than 1500 waybill every day.
Creating the new customer account in the system.
Agreement/revision updating in the system.
Preparing all sales/finance report.
Preparing the customer monthly invoice (by system/manually) at the end of the month or at the time of requirement.
Dealing with more than 1000 customer in their requirement/problems related to Finance.
Preparing E-invoice.
Handling domestic, home delivery & international shipment.
Updating all the mode of payment in the system.
Following up with sales executives for customer balance.
Balance confirmation & reconciliation of both accounts.
