Responsibility for installation of cameras and fire systems in the facility, and connect these systems to our internal network.
Responsibility for the BMS program Hardware connections and new extensions.
Responsibility for Preventive and corrective mantenance for HVAC system ( Fans, Air Handling Units, water pumps, Temp/ Humidity Sensor, Actuators …etc)
Responsibility to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Rotary screw compressor, generator and Split unitt Air Conditioning.
Responsibility for Writing the preventive and corrective maintenance reports for any new Machines in the facility.
Follow up spare parts purchsing with suppliers.
