Monitoring MRS routers.
- Receive the tickets and do the minor troubleshooting.
-escalate the request to the cocern team
-Access the routers and check up the activity & Logs
-Share and analyze the logs with concern team
-Provide the result of troubleshooting to the customer.
-Monitoring SNMP tool and open the cases if any failure.
-Monitoring the DDoS on the main link .
-analyzes the the coming traffic using the monitoring APPs
Provides the network solving issues.
-Provide the connectivity between DC and AC switches.
-Plan and bring the new Network device to the network
-preparing the network inventory.
-Install and configure new switch, Access points
-Working in DC and esnure the all service running
-Operate Cisco firewall and create the rules.
-Manage wireless controller & the setup of the access points
-Create daily security report and do full analysis.
-Manage SNMP tool.
-Admin on Symantec Endpoint protection, Encryption, Advance threat protection
