- Relation manager for DPM Customers.
- Buy & sell securities in accordance with general strategy and guidelines of Head of Asset Management (“HAM”).
- Breaking orders given by HAM into several small orders to buy and sale shares, effectively and efficiently
- Inform the HAM about notifications/ announcements/ new material developments concerning stock market and individual stocks
- Inform and advise HAM regarding fluctuations and irregularities.
- Analyze market conditions, social & economic data and financial information.
- Review transactions to ensure accuracy of information and that trades conform to regulations of governing bodies.
- Preparation of the documentation/ filling of forms on behalf of clients as instructed by HAM (to be later signed by the Clients) in case of right issues/ etc.
- Cooperation with the Compliance Department and Regulatory Authorities
- Answer the customer inquiry on his investment account and the market.
- Broker at the phone.

- Follow up for the customer complaints and suggestion.
- Solve customer issue
