1. INVENTORY UPATION
B) RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASE All Medical items and Supplies.
2. AMC Poly Clinics MAINTENANCE (immediate action to be taken, no need to
wait for mail and confirmation for simple things.)
3. FINANCE
A) Finance (cash withdraw and deposit & change)
4. HR
B) Follow up with facility and accommodation routine maintenance
without any notification
C) AL FORSAN AND CLAVELAND OFFICE maintenance
D) Male accommodation maintenance
E) Male accommodation in-charge
F) ANY urgent attention required - will be notified from HR over
phone.
5. ABMULANCE
G) Prepare and check all Equipment of medical items in ambulances. AED, Suction machine, BP monitor, Blood Glucose meter. Oxygen cylinder.
H) Prepare the emergency bag in each ambulance.
Registering (ER) patients in computer (Cerner), writing history of patient’s disease
• Update patient information, scan patients ID and Insurance card in Cerner
• Booking patients appointment in outpatient clinics
• Submit insurance forms to get approval from insurance main office
• Follow up with insurance companies to get the Approvals
• Using Daman Website to submit entering ICDs and CPTs, for admissions to
get DRG, and fellow the processing to get the approvals
• Responsible for Reviewing and assigning appropriate E&M's codes based on
Clinician’s documentation available in medical records, to ensure proper
reimbursement for the Out-patient
• Analyzing the relevant clinical data for each encounter from patient Electronic
Health Records and confirms the documentation support to the coding requirements
• Reviewing, identifying and correcting any missing information, incomplete or
deficient record and report to corresponding physician to correct the deficiency
• Utilized HCPCS level III, ICD-10 and CPT and E&M 1997 guidelines for the
medical coding
• Interrupting between nurses and patients
• Open cash Drawer to collect co-payments, Deposit money for self-pay patients
• HAAD system to issue Death Certificates and printing patient’s sick leave.

• Control daily operation, Distributing, Scheduling and Managing (42) security officers
• Responsible of 640 deluxe furnished apartments
• Responsible of shopping mall, swimming pool and Dubai festival coupons.

• Provide safe environment for employees, patients and visitors
• Control and oversee visitors behaviors
• Patrolling Jahili clinic and Dental center.
