Drove platform modernization on Kubernetes — ExtJS → React migration and Java 11 → 16 upgrade. Led hiring and team scaling while staying hands-on with backend and architectural work. Promoted to lead one team, then scaled to coordinate delivery across three teams. Combined hands-on full-stack development (Java, ExtJS/React) with planning, estimation, and mentoring, and drove the ExtJS → React migration on COSMETIC Factory.

Frontend developer (ExtJS 4.2) → full-stack with Java 11 and ExtJS 7, building COSMETIC Factory features across cosmetics PLM, Safety Data Sheets (CLP/GHS), and REACH SVHC traceability.
