- Acquire project information, review design requirements, research, record and analyse information.
- Complete design management for the projects, analyze fast track tasks and follow up works progress in order to meet the company
objectives.
- Monitoring work progress in Technical, Operational and Sales aspects
- Follow up Governmental approvals and permits for the projects.
- Prepare Consultancy Scope of Work and evaluate Technical proposals and financial claims in relation with requested scope.

- Review design documentation to ensure that they comply with approved marketing drawings
- Site visit to control the design progress & Checking materials
- Revise all drawings related to the project ( Electrical, pluming & Hvac )
- Revise the FF&E Booklet & selecting the materials (Local or imported) for the project to have the same design look (Furniture, Fabric
, Accessories, floor finish (ceramic, marble ..etc), wall covering, decorative lighting, sanitary ware, sanitary accessories & electrical
equipment
- Give the technical approvals for all the materials after receiving it.
- Provide leadership and motivation to teamwork to achieve the optimum results.
- Develop the engineering team work’s performance to achieve the best efficiency for the projects
