Assisting Head of Legal in his day to day administrative activities. Drafting, proof reading bilingual documents under the supervision of the Head of Legal. Taking minutes of department meeting. Assisting in-house legal counsels with legal work. Assisting Board Secretary with his area of responsibilities including preparing documents for board meetings, making necessary arrangements for the meetings, making travel arrangements, managing all related tasks in preparation for board meetings and Annual General Meeting. Supervising front desk staff and managing their administrative and HR related affairs. Providing general administrative assistance to the department in general.
The study included four units: Introduction to Commercial Law, Law for Managers, Contract Law, International Commercial Law
Distance program was taken through U21Global, a Singapore institution. The program was delivered entirely online and allowed flexibility for working professionals like me. However it was very comprehensive and the study materials including text books and online study content was top class. The program did not only focus on building strong business knowledge but equally focused on encouraging team work and group oriented study.
