My role encompasses creating the footprint and Business Development for DynAdmic in the Middle East
Established Relationships across the Big Six Media agencies - Publicis, WPP (groupM), IPG (MCN Holding), Omnicom & Havas
Secured deals and agreements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Agencies

In charge of acquiring large scale enterprises for Bayt via prospecting activities, such as cold calling, networking, events and conferences

Track record of successful hand-over of acquired accounts upon completion of new business engagements timelines to ensure high retention rates

- Talentera - end to end Applicant Tracking System. Modular based product can be implemented on SaaS or on premise local Servers
- Afterhire - on/off -boarding system
- Evalufy - Video Assessment tool
- vFairs - virtual fairs platform
- Scanshake/CV Kiosk - smart CV capture tools and information exchange, ideal for fairs and events
- Online Database and Job Posting services - Job Seeker database access with a series of filters which recruiters can use to find top talent
