Completed a Diploma in Community Development at Zanzibar University in 2019. The program equipped me with practical skills in community mobilization, project planning and implementation, conflict resolution, and social problem-solving. Gained hands-on experience in organizing community programs, facilitating group discussions, providing counseling on family and social issues, and promoting sustainable development initiatives. Strong focus on teamwork, leadership, communication, and helping vulnerable groups within the community. These skills have been applied in real community settings, including social guidance and dispute resolution, making me well-prepared for roles involving team coordination, community relations, and support services."
