• Analyze training need per departments and ensure the alignment of the company objectives
• Ensure all on job training are arranged and held on constant time based
• Coordinates with external training companies to provide training for company employees.
• Managed and organized all hiring processes from start-to-finish.
• Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidate
• Preparing interviews, reviews all applications and interviews applicants.
• Make employment offers and onboarding plan for new hires
• Support HRMs with weekly update on training and recruitment progress.
• Maintains records and updates in the system staff such as transfer/promotion/resignation/new staff/increment of salaries
• Develops updates and maintains records of performance management, salary structure, job descriptions and job evaluation systems
• Recommends and maintains HR databases and manual filing systems in accordance to company policy
• Managing and developing an orientation program for new hires and communicate company policies.
• Be the point of contact for company employees, understanding their concerns and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve any matters
• Assist relevant departments with all administrative matters related to payroll, benefits.
• Manage supply of candidates with the right capabilities for the company to meet business needs
