➢ Attend coordination meetings with project team, client, contractors, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
➢ Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project Coordinate and Insure that all parties involved in the project including subcontractors and Blueprint in house divisions (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, gypsum, paint, etc.) have the updated information.
➢ Attending all meetings and respond to all project correspondences. ➢ Monitor the implementation and review results of the Contractor’s inspection and testing, and quality assurance program.
