• Electrical design and calculation for LED screens infrastructure,
• Planning work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed
deadlines.

coordination with contractors.
• Testing and commissioning of AV and ELV networks related to the scope.
• Maintenance project coordinator, monitoring of tasks raised on CAFM software, follow
up to closing stage including preparation and submission of all related documents
(method statement, risk assessment, completion certificates)
I was a key active member of Abdin Construction Company and was responsible for the end to end
supervision of the post blast Beirut renovation project in 2020, a project that spanned over 58
residential units in 20 different complexes and buildings. To ensure a successful completion, I
undertook the following activities:
• Conducting preliminary damage assessment to the impacted units and identify the
renovation scope and required disciplines engagements.
• Technical Procurement support and administering tenders with NGOs and INGOs such
as Baytna Baytak and ACTED, and ensuring materials were provided on time and as per
qualitative standards and agreed upon the identified scope.
• Technical contract administration to ensure adherence with stipulated time and scope.
• On-site supervisor:
− Conducting Regular Inspection,
− Maintaining a proper records of the latest updated shop drawings,
− Conducting regular meeting with site supervisors
− Provide daily reporting and briefs to the NGO and INGO project managers.
1. I was tasked in undertaking the coordination and supervision of a private Residential
construction project.
2. I performed various domestic electrical installation and repairs.
3. Reading blueprints and doing executing it on site.
4. Ability to identify electrical problems using a variety of testing equipment.
5. I also ensured the Installation and maintenance of wiring, control, and lighting systems while
following state and local building regulations.
