Act as focal point among stake holders for coordination.
Develop a coordination and communication protocol with internal & stake holders all stage of project.
Responsible of coordination for the Conceptual/Feasibility study, FEED, detailed development, procurement,
construction, maintenance, commissioning, start up and performance test runs for Green & Brownfields projects.
Develop Interface/coordination management system/procedure and revise it as and when necessary.
Develop, coordinate for pre & post-handover activity of the major capital projects like project completion, DNR
resolution, dispute handling, final documentation hand over.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly report to client as well as management.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progres
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks & all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, Work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Preparing the project status report to client and management.
Can Reviews bids, conduct negotiations, and administer the award of contracts and contract amendments and
provision of feedback to bidders.
Provide input for preparation of the Department / Section budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved
Budget, and work plans to deliver business objectives.
Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
Coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required.
Coordinate with discipline engineers and Supplier engineers on establishing project specific quality criteria.
Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by suppliers.
Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications.
Review supplier material certificates.
Take part in shop inspections and surveillances.
Coordinate with the owner’s representative on all procurement issues.
Coordinate all inspection requirements for TPI inspectors.
Verify product for its compliance to approved data sheets drawings, witness testing as approved by ITP.
To check the field welds & consumables comply with project qualifications.
To obtain any necessary approval for changing as appropriate procedure & for reforming requiring special
procedures.
Monitor performance of the welders on the basis of radiographic inspection and promote corrective action where
necessary & amp, Qualification of new Welders.
Coordinate technical queries with project management team on daily basis.
Coordinate with client inspection department / third party inspection department for quality issues.
Continuous improvement in the welding quality by implementing new technique in the welding.
