• To make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• All site inspection is carried out on official Inspection and Test request (ITR) submitted by the CONTRACTOR through the proper Channels.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, compliance with shop drawings, and report to Senior Project Coordinator / Commander.
• Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.
• Advise Planning Engineer and Construction Manager of any slippage of Progress regarding site activities.
• Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
As Designer
• Primary duties include selection of equipments (VRV, Ducted, Packaged, AHU type Equipments), duct design and pipe routing, detail design engineering of HVAC system involving Heat load calculation, and preparation of drawing & specification, BOQ and Technical Submittal.
• Estimation of total cost of project.
• Managing & Coordinate between Engineer, Architecture, maintenance and outside contractors for execution of project.
As Sales Engineer.
• Representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
• Conduct site investigation and obtain site data as required for engineering and design.
• Tender submittal.
• Preparation of Documents work for project.
• Technical Support to contractor, Dealers,
• Developing Relationships with HVAC Consultants
• Updating with latest product launch in market
