- Designing the Fire-trucks body including Water-Tanks, Water piping, support structure, Sheet-metal panel etc. in compliance with standards.
- Selection of Water-pumps based on requirement and specifications.
- Design in Solidworks in 3D and 2D
- Detailing and drawings creation for manufacturing.
- Stock review and BOQ generation on ERP.
- To co-ordinate with Production Team for their difficulties and corrective actions
- Designing the Kiln Burner and fixing it’s parameters and dimensions by calculation and by referring to the existing designs and standard data.
- Carrying out Design Engineering tasks like 2D & 3D modeling and detail drawings for Combustion equipment, Kiln Burner and Piping skids etc. on Solidworks for our parent company Fives Pillard located in France.
- Performing Finite Element analysis on equipment and structure subjected to higher pressure or loads.
- Periodically visiting our French office for the critical projects.
- To communicate with clients for the technical queries
- To co-ordinate with all the departments within organization as a part of project execution.
- To develop new methods with an innovative approach for minimizing the efforts and time taken by design team to increase the productivity
- Solidworks Technical Support & Training to the clients.
