- Contribute to and communicate the long-term business vision, strategy and plans within ITS organization in partnership with the solution centers
- Propose innovative and cost-efficient ITS solutions to maximize business value, create competitive advantage, and constantly improve operational excellence
- Lead the roll-out in business of the ITS strategy related to projects, organizations or systems and anticipate future business challenges
- Elaborate and maintain the business ITS portfolio
- Monitor and communicate the projects progression and service levels
- Develop business cases to prioritize projects and make appropriate strategic decisions
- Facilitate effective business units interaction by enabling transverse business processes and information integration
- Own of budget and co-accountable with business of executing business value and cooperation with other functions to drive successful projects
- Responsible for end-to-end design, development and delivery for the internal & external systems including on-going enhancements and second level support of these applications.
- Coordinate with functional team; manage timeline and tracking issues.
- Participate in technical design, development, troubleshooting and enhancements when required.
- Anticipate and manage issues and risks.
- Lead and mentor internal staff and vendor teams.
- Interface with internal and external IT areas, Operations, and Product.
- Coordinate integration with core systems.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to direct design, business resolution and technical
requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered with agreed upon scope and within budget
- Plan, maintain and manage projects' schedule and budget
- Analyze projects data such as cost and schedule variance as well as quality indicators and recommend corrective actions
- Manage change requests and scope as well as project’s issues and risks
- Lead dedicated technical team of developers, quality control engineers, designers to deliver web portals and intranets
- Maintain customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations and managing proactively

- Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues
