Reviewed the detailed drawing of road alignment, structural calculation of Box/Pipe Culverts, Retaining wall and Breast wall provided by ‘Shweta Technophile Design Consultant’.

Responsible for checking the Method Statement, Monthly Progress Report, Manpower/Machinery List, Road Strip Chart submitted by the contractor.

Received daily RFIs of earthwork construction (Cut/Fill), inspected the FDD checking in field, and the embankment level checking for each layer according to Plan & Profile of alignment.

Conducted joint inspection with Environmental Specialist for collection of borrow-pit soil, river shingles for GSB, and rock source mountain for crusher plant installation that complies with EIA and EMP guidelines.

Conducted joint topographical survey with survey team to determine the up-stream, down-stream and water bed.

Checked OGL level and existing terrain with RTK topographic survey team, and checked BM/TBM N, E, Z values, created contours in Civil 3D, and calculated cut/fill volume of terrain as per cross-sections.

Created the level control sheet of earthwork/GSB to check with FRL/PCL, and grid-wise borrow soil excavation sheet with quantity of cut and fill earthwork equilibrium.

Received daily RFIs of soil testing, aggregate testing, cement, and concrete cube testing, and responsible for checking all the testing procedures as a client witness.

Conducted GSA, LL/PL, Free Swell Index and Proctor Density (MDD/OMC) testing for borrow soil samples used for earthwork and, 4 days soaked CBR for sub-grade top layer as per IS and IRC specifications.

Responsible for checking borehole log and soil strata data, UD/split, and coring rock samples of SI work at the Box Culvert and Minor Bridge sections.

Conducted direct sheer, uniaxial and triaxial shear strength test on the expansive clayey and cohesionless silty soil samples to determine c (cohesion), φ (angle of friction) and ψ (dilation angle).

Conducted the GSB mix-design and WMM mix-design trial tests using the availability of material in the site location
as per MoRTH specifications.

Conducted the Sieve Analysis, Flakiness and Elongation, specific gravity, and water absorption tests for the aggregate (sand stone, silt stone, and river shingle).

Conducted the quality testing of cement; initial/final setting time, fineness, soundness, and compressive strength of cement mould (75x75x75 mm) as per IS specifications.

Conducted the compressive strength of concrete cube (150 mm) test for each pre-cast Box Culvert segments.

Generated the historical rainfall dataset of along the road alignment importing CHIRPS satellite rainfall data in Climate Engine and analyzed in ArcGIS.

Created the 3-D model of road embankment using soil lab data and analyzed the stress deformation in PLAXIS.
Modeled the porewater pressure applying discrete point in the cutting hill slope to analyze the slope stability. In PLAXIS LE. (effective stress analysis)
