Full cycle of conducting and implementing qualitative research projects (on both English and Russian languages):
- Preparation of commercial proposals (translation of business tasks into research ones, determination of optimal approaches, methods and tools, development of research design and methodology).
- Communication with the clients on a daily basis.
- General project management: planning and control of project timings, briefing and communication with field department staff, quality control of work results.
- Development of research tools (screener, guide, stimulus materials, development of questionnaires/surveys for quantitative research).
- Moderation of online and offline focus groups, in-depth and expert interviews, online forums and UX research.
- Searching for insights. Preparation of analytical report, summary, topline or verbal debrief and formation of hypotheses for testing at the quantitative stage.
- Presentation of research results to the clients.
- Participation in workshops with the client to finalize the product, concept or positioning.

Project management experience in various projects in different fields - FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Tobacco, Appliances, Streaming services, Messengers.

Responsibilities:
- Development and adaptation of the methodology: writing screener, guide or adaptation of those for Russian market.
- Help senior moderators with preparation and organization of in-depth interviews and focus groups.
- Analytics and strategy: helped writing reports, toplines and preparing for presentation.
- Moderated my own online in-depth interviews and offline focus groups.
